*Zero Error Racing Inc. shall have no liability for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages resulting from the use of any and all products sold by Zero Error Racing Inc*

Zero Error Racing has safe , secure on-line ordering available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We accept VISA , MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and PAYPAL. Personal checks are not accepted.

Most orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Day Typical delivery time) or UPS Ground (typically 2-5 day delivery time), unless otherwise requested. Orders must be placed before 1pm EST for express shipping. (Example: Next Day Air)  Other shipping options include UPS Next Day Air & UPS 2 Day. Orders to APO/FPO addresses are shipped USPS Priority Mail.

Terms of Sale

  1. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, PayPal & Zip.  Personal checks are not accepted. We do not ship C.O.D. orders. Orders must ship to the billing address on the credit card/PayPal account. 

  2. Most orders do not require signature upon delivery. If you specifically want a signature upon delivery, please notify us in advance and we can be sure to accommodate your request for an additional $5.00.

  3. Listed prices do not include applicable freight or taxes. Note: Most orders going to Alaska and Hawaii can ship at the same rate as to the contiguous 48 states; however, certain large and/or heavy orders may incur an additional cost. In these cases, we will contact you regarding additional shipment costs.

  4. Merchandise may be returned, but MUST be UNUSED and returned within 30 days of purchase. NOTE: Items purchased as Christmas gifts may be returned after Christmas, even if this is longer than 30 days from date of purchase.  Units must be returned in new, un-used condition, in the original Packaging, complete with all packing materials, documents, etc.NO REFUNDS ON USED UNITS OR PARTS. MERCHANDISE PURCHASED WITH GIFTCARDS CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR REFUND ONLY STORE EXCHANGE

  5. All returns are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. This fee covers credit card processing costs and the cost of returning items to inventory. Canceled orders are also subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

  6. All returns are shipped back at the customer's expense.

  7. We are not responsible for typographical errors on this site.

  8. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once your package is marked as delivered.
